The Marketing and Communications Manager for the Mass Young Gunners is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the club, managing social media accounts, creating promotional materials, and overseeing all club communications. This role is crucial for enhancing the club's visibility, engaging the community, and attracting new members and sponsors.
Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the club's programs, events, and initiatives.
Identify target audiences and develop tailored marketing campaigns to engage them.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies, adjusting as necessary to achieve goals.
Oversee the club’s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others.
Create and schedule engaging content to promote club activities, achievements, and events.
Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster an online community.
Design and produce promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, banners, and digital content.
Ensure that all materials are consistent with the club's brand and messaging.
Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for the production of promotional items.
Manage the club's website, ensuring it is up-to-date and contains relevant information.
Write and distribute newsletters, press releases, and other communications to members, media, and the community.
Maintain an accurate and updated database of club contacts for effective communication.
Build and maintain relationships with local media, community organizations, and sponsors.

Experience in Marketing and Communications: Proven experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
